Return + Exchange Policy

We at Hair Kymistry Co. are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair.  Our hair is thoroughly reviewed and inspected to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. Due to the nature of our business and sanitary nature of our products, all of our hair extensions are final sale.

 

No REFUNDS are offered on hair extensions. Exchanges ONLY.

 

Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of Hair Kymistry Co. within 5 business days of the order's date of receipt.

 

All returns/exchanges must be received within 5 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc.

 

If an return/excahnge is initiated after the 5 day return period, the exchange will be processed as store credit ONLY.

 

NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.

 

Returns

To return/exchange an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, reason for return, & a date/time will be agreed upon.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Hair Kymistry Co. hair extensions must be in the original packaging and unopened. There is a 15% restocking fee for all exchanges.

Hair extensions that have been used or altered cannot be exchanged.

If there is an issue with the texture, we are willing to exchange for the same or a different product. However, in case of a price difference; balance must be paid prior to receipt of the new product.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

 

Hair Kymistry Co. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

- An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,

- Similarly, Hair Kymistry Co. reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
