- What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, colored, bleached, permed, straightened, or chemically processed in any way.
All of our hair comes from a single donor. The hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and intact.
Our hair can be washed, blow dried, bleached, dyed, and styled with hot styling tools. All hair from Hair Kymistry Co. is 100% human hair.
- How much hair is in each bundle?
Each bundle from Hair Kymistry Co. weighs between 3.2 ounces-3.5 ounces.
- How many bundles are needed for a full sew-in?
For a full sew-in, it is recommended that hair lengths between 12-16 inches utilizes 2 bundles; lengths between 18-24 inches utilizes 3 bundles; lengths between 26-28 inches utilizes 4 bundles or more.
- Can I color and/or bleach this hair?
Yes, our virgin hair can be colored and/or bleached. Once your hair is colored or bleached it is no longer considered virgin hair (it will then be chemically processed).
Extra care will be needed by keeping the hair hydrated and moisturized. We recommend that you consult with a professional colorist.
- How do I maintain my Hair Kymistry Co. hair extensions?
Treat your virgin hair as you would your own existing hair. Use high quality shampoo and conditioning products. Keeping your hair extensions clean and well conditioned is very important, doing so will keep your hair soft, manageable and long lasting.
- How long will my virgin hair last?
The longevity of our virgin hair extensions is 1 year and can last longer with proper treatment and care.
- Can I cancel my order before I receive it?
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
- Can I change my address before it ships?
ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED.
Please be aware that for security reasons, Hair Kymistry Co. does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
